Instructions

1. The mechanism of submitting opinions will be implemented by V-Ridium Power Services Sp. z o.o. as part of the company’s project management system.
2. Opinions are to be submitted using either an online form available on the project’s website or at the Grajewo commune office, situated under the address: Komunalna Street 6, 19-200 Grajewo.
3. Paper forms are available at the commune office during standard office hours.
4. Any inquiries will be considered only when submitted using the above-mentioned forms and containing first and last name of the sender as well as contact information.
5. Every inquiry that meets the formal requirements will be processed within 21 working days.
6. In cases that are particularly complex, the processing and response time may have to be extended. In such case the stakeholders will be notified by email or by traditional mail.
7. The response will be provided using the same form of communication that was used for the inquiry.
